Biography
Tony Kirkham MBE VMH trained at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, where he later spent over 40 years as Head of the Arboretum, Gardens and Horticultural Services. A renowned author, speaker and broadcaster, Tony is a leading authority on trees and woody plants, with regular appearances on television and radio. He holds key roles across the horticultural world, including Vice President of the Arboricultural Association, trustee of the Chelsea Physic Garden, the Tree Register and the International Dendrology Society, and Chair of Trees and Shrubs Online.
