The walk takes approximately 30 minutes with a two-hour session exploring the benefits of the forest

What do I need to bring?
Comfortable Clothing: Wear comfortable, breathable clothing suitable for the weather and conditions
Sturdy Footwear: wear comfortable and supportive shoes or hiking boots- it can be muddy
Water Bottle
Mat/Blanket: Bring a mat or blanket to sit on if you plan on spending time sitting or lying down on the forest floor
