Programme For The Day:
9.30 a.m. -Pilates & Mobility Session
Begin with a grounding introduction to postural health and functional movement. This session focuses on balance, strength and mobility — helping you feel aligned, energised and supported from the inside out.
10.30 a.m.- Yin Yoga Session
Settle into long-held, passive stretches that soothe the nervous system and nourish the fascia and joints. Yin yoga encourages stillness, breath awareness, and deep release.
11.30 a.m.- Restorative Yoga Session
Close your journey with a calming, deeply restful practice. Restorative yoga promotes better sleep, emotional balance and relief from mental tension.
12.30 p.m.- Tea & Nutritional Treats
Complete your retreat with a selection of herbal teas, wholesome snacks and quiet time to reflect and unwind with your host, Kerry. You’ll also have the opportunity to wander the serene gardens of Symondsbury Estate.
