Join Sarah and Charli for a deeply nourishing, collaborative workshop celebrating the hopeful season of spring. Embracing the return of warmer days and longer light, they will share their passion and knowledge of using flowers and herbs for skincare, wellbeing and creativity.
This three-hour workshop is gently structured in two parts. Charli will guide you through facial massage techniques designed to support your skin and lymphatic system as the seasons shift. You’ll then mindfully create your own botanical salt scrub, blending essential oils and herbs of your choice to take home and continue your self-care journey.
Sarah will lead you in creating a beautiful small bowl flower arrangement using a flower frog and the careful placement of a few stunning stems. You’ll work with seasonal spring flowers and blossom grown on her flower farm in Beaminster, West Dorset.
The workshop offers a calm, welcoming space to slow down and nourish body and mind, connecting with plants and honouring the season you’re in. During the session, you’ll enjoy herbal tea and a wholesome, homemade treat.
Biographies: Charli is the founder of Lore Botanicals, a thoughtful skincare brand. A former midwife, she brings a lifelong love of herbs, nature and nurturing to her work.
